We will be introducing a minimum user fee of $10 per month for all Diamond Pigs customers. This change will take effect on August 1st and will first be reflected in the August invoice, which will be sent out on September 1st.

What Stays the Same?

  • If your fees exceed $10, no additional fees will be charged.
  • Performance and Service Fees: remain unchanged.
  • Free Trial: The two-week free trial remains unchanged.
  • Quality of Service: The primary goal of this adjustment is to ensure we can continue providing the high-quality service you are accustomed to, regardless of your wallet size.

What's Changing?

  • Minimum Monthly Fee: A minimum fee of $10 will be charged every month.
  • When Fees Are Below $10: If your performance and service fees are less than $10 in a month, the difference will be added to reach the $10 minimum.

Your Choice
You have until August to decide if you would like to continue with the new fee structure.We believe this change will help us maintain and improve our services, benefiting all our customers.
