How is the monthly Basic Plan fee calculated?
The fee is 0.25% of the total value allocated to Diamond Pigs strategies. If this results in less than $20, the minimum monthly fee of $20 applies.
Can I change my add-ons later?
Yes. You can add or remove extra strategies and connections at any time. Your billing will update automatically to reflect your current setup.

How do Store Credits work?
If you have store credits in your account, they are automatically applied to your monthly invoice before your primary payment method is charged.
What payment methods are available?
You can set up an automatic payment method or purchase store credits through your Billing Page. Automatic payment methods include: Credit Card or SEPA Direct Debit (via Stripe mandate). If you prefer not to set up an automatic payment mandate, you can purchase store credits using Credit Card, SEPA Debit or iDEAL. If you have both store credits and an automatic payment method, the system will automatically use your store credits first.
